What to Bring
Mount Shasta is a mountain environment. Days can be warm in the sun and evenings can cool down quickly.
This retreat is designed to be accessible. No strenuous hiking is required. All walking is moderate and manageable.
- Comfortable walking shoes or light hiking shoes. Trails are not strenuous, but we will walk 20–30 minutes at a time.
- A light jacket or fleece for cooler mornings and evenings.
- A swimsuit for lakes and waterfall visits.
- Comfortable clothing for movement, meditation, and time outdoors.
- A journal for reflection and integration.
- A few meaningful crystals or sacred objects if you wish to charge them on the mountain.
- A reusable water bottle.
- Sun protection such as a hat and sunscreen.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $2,500 is required to reserve your space. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the retreat start date.
Because this is a small container limited to 8 participants and lodging is secured in advance, all payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another qualified participant with prior approval.
